TEDDY BEARS - Kids Caring for Kids

Hello, I’m Nina Meyerhof from the One Humanity Institute/Kids Caring for Kids.

Displaced. Orphaned. Traumatized. What they all have in common is they’re children suffering the ravages of war. We’ve been in disaster areas around the world - to help comfort displaced children. Children affected by natural disasters to active war zones. As war rages, innocent children are the ones needing our support the most. Something as simple as a Teddy Bear can bring comfort and happiness to the innocent casualties of war, THE CHILDREN.

Our initial goal is to raise $25,000. Your tax deductible donation to our 501.3c will be used to purchase Teddy Bears and distribute them to children in need. Each Teddy Bear carries along with it a personalized note card with artwork created by children from around the world. These young people aspire to become 'pen pals' with the children who have suffered the ravages of war, because children care about other children. They receive the Teddy Bear knowing that other children deeply care about their plight.
