SynergY Youth and COE Chapter leader Simran Vedvyas were given an award on Earth Day 2013 by Dubai Municipality for planting 120 trees at a landfill area and for their green efforts. A unique campaign inspired many to plant trees and also reduce waste and what is going to the landfills.
